How to play

1. Read the ticket. Each customer wants one sandwich, cooked their way: light, golden or extra crispy.
2. Build it. Bread, the fillings on the ticket, bread on top.
3. Butter the pan, then put the sandwich in. Only the side touching the pan cooks.
4. Flip it to cook the other side. Hold Peek to lift a corner and check underneath.
5. Hold Press to squash it, so the cheese melts faster (it browns faster too).
6. High heat is quick but the outside can burn before the cheese melts. Big sandwiches need lower heat or a press.
7. Listen to the sizzle. If it starts to smoke, get it off!
8. Serve when both sides look right. Good sandwiches earn tips, and a good shift unlocks new recipes.
